Before
AI Decision Lab · Free beta
Stuck on a business decision — or a problem you can't crack? Let's find what it's really about.
Decision Lab doesn't hand you the first plausible answer. It challenges how the problem is framed, finds the few unknowns that could change the outcome, and recalculates once you weigh in.
Free beta. No account required.
How it works
1
Describe the decision or problem
Tell it what you're trying to decide, or what's stuck. A sentence or two is enough.
2
Answer three questions
Instead of guessing, it finds the few unknowns that could actually change the answer — and asks you. This step is the point, not a delay.
3
Get a recalculated recommendation
It shows what changed once you weighed in, gives a clear recommendation, and hands you the cheapest reversible test to run before you commit.

Questions people ask
How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?
A general AI usually gives you the first reasonable answer to the question exactly as you asked it. Decision Lab does the opposite first: it questions whether you're even asking the right question, surfaces the assumptions your decision rests on, and asks you the two or three things that could actually reverse the recommendation — before it gives one.
Why does it ask me questions instead of just answering?
Because the questions are where the value is. Most decisions go wrong not from bad analysis but from an unexamined framing or a missing fact. The short pause to answer three targeted questions is what lets it give you an answer shaped by your actual situation, not a generic one.
Is my information safe?
Don't enter passwords, ID numbers, or highly confidential trade secrets — it's an experimental tool. What you do enter is deleted after 90 days and is not sold or shared. Treat it like a thoughtful second opinion, not a vault.
How much can I trust the recommendation?
Treat it as a well-structured second opinion, not a verdict. It can be wrong, it doesn't know things you haven't told it, and the final judgment is yours. Its main job is to make sure you've considered what you might have skipped.
Is it free?
Yes — it's currently a free beta, no account required. At the end you'll see a question about whether you'd pay for it in future; that's just to gauge interest, nothing is charged.
Do not enter passwords, personal identification numbers, trade secrets, or highly confidential information. Decision Lab is an experimental AI decision-support tool and may make mistakes. Decision text is deleted after 90 days.
